Harassing hang up call, will not leave a voice mail.

Just received a call from this #.  Caller ID is "Local Call Area"  I let it go to voicemail.  Someone left a message asking for me by my first name then they hung up.  I never pick up for numbers I do not recognize.  The other day I received a call from a different number with the same "Local Call Area" ID and same message.

got a call from this number, after answering it there was a pause as I was cleary switched to some sort of agent.  They asked if "Bob" was there.  I hung up.

Call and hang up early in the morning around 8am. They will not leave a message. When looked up came up as a telemarkerter.. Such bs.

call received at 8 am from someone asking for me by name.  He said he was raising money for the families of deceased police officers.  I hung up before he had a chance to ask me for any personal information.

Called early Saturday morning and asked for me by name.  Like "Betty" above reported, he wanted a pledge of money for families of deceased police officers.  I asked about this from police officers I know.  They said it's a scam.
