Received call but no message left

Received calls at 8 am and noon, no message left

They have been calling me every single day in the morning. Will not leave a voicemail.

They keep calling me. 10:00am, 3:00pm

This is RMB a medical collection company. I just called after weeks of calls daily & refusing to answer an unknown number. The lady I spoke to was very nice & answered all my questions. She verified, to my satisfaction, who they were, the reason why, the orig. service date, & the orig. servicer. I legitimately owed for an ER co-payment from late 2014 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in NJ. Thankfully they worked with me & gave $25 on a $100 bal. I'd call them back to at least find out why they're calling you. Just so you know, when you call, you'll hear a recording "press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish". Then they'll ask for account numbers etc. I suggest pressing opt. 3 or whichever connects you to a customer service agent. If you do owe, but can't pay in full, they'll work with you & what you can afford to pay. I hope this helps.

I returned RMB's call after they called my mobile phone and did not leave a message.  They were trying to reach another person presumably about medical bills and had the wrong number.  They thanked me and said they would remove my number.

They will google every name, they are looking for, and call every relative, until the debtor is found.

So they will break all laws regarding collection?

They called and asked for me when I asked who was calling just said his first name and then a strange recording was playing in the background so I hung up.

Said they were from RMB International - they call & randomly ask to verify last 4 digits of SSN and upon refusing they abruptly disconnect the call. dont they realize that no one will confirm/ deny SSN without knowing properly who they are and what business they have?! Random people!

Daily phone calls.   No message.

Constant phone     calls.

The person called and asked for my husband by name. He asked if he's there, and I said "no, I'm his wife". He said "it's a business matter" and then hung up on me!! WTF??? Will block the number now...

They had my number, they just called when I wasn't able to answer. Didn't even leave a message either time. But once they called my family (married son and DIL) and told them they needed to speak to me about a "business matter" that was it. Everyone knows that means it's a debt collector. When my son and DIL said they called there that was when I decided not to pay whatever they are calling about. Not interested in working with people who don't follow the proper procedures and ignore the law over a possible unpaid medical bill. It's not about getting even. It's about not doing business with these kinds of people.

Repeat calls.  No messages.  Shows up as "scam likely" on caller ID.  Finally answered, a woman repeated hello, then hung up.

They call me everyday! Who is this? No message left.
