- Kim MooreI've had my truck for almost 6 years and the warrenty ran out almost 5 years ago. If I wanted extended warrenty I would of got it. I'm sick of getting calls on my house phone and now I'm getting them on my cell phone. I don't apprecate getting telemarketing calls on my cell phone, I have no idea how they got my cell number because I never give it out to anyone but family and friends. I best not recieve another call from this company again!
Thank you- Caller: ? Dealer services ?

- JFarThe guy rambled on for 5 mins....never letting me speak...told me all about what the powertrain was and the warrenty he was selling. I finally cut him off....told him I wasn't interested. He gave me a guilt trip about my vehicle and fixing it. I started to explain that I was a mechanic and i fix my own vehicle...he started to YELL at me about letting him go on for 5 minutes. I told him that he never let me speak...he started to YELL at me again...so I hung up. He sounded like he should be on an episode of Jersey Shore. Eastcoast prick.

- The Man......HimslefOk, so I got a call from this number (7328075611) asking for my grandfather (who's been dead for 2 years now) and they were really rude to me and then hung up on me. So, since its my day off, AND i have unlimited minutes on my cell, I have been calling them for the last 45 minutes. At first they'd have me on hold for a few moments, and then I would speak with a representative. I'd go through a mock compliance of their questions (for my cars mileage and so forth) and right about when they'd finished their presentation I'd ask if I could ask a question: They'd reply "of course" to which I would ask what its like to be a piece of [***] from New Jersey. I got a couple of 'em really mad, I told this one lady I'd punch her kids in the face. This one gay guy they put me through to was trying to be equally offensive to me, so I hit him where it hurt: I told him I loved Chick-Fil-A just because they were openly opposed to gay marriage. I got to yell at some more people, and I got to hit 'em with some good quotes ("Its a war on the shore! I want Holyfield!"). Normally my attention span is very short, but with the level of annoyance I am getting from these people, I have become truly entertained. My call times in the beginning were upwards of 5 minutes, and since I've been writing this I've called non-stop for the last 20 minutes, and now they've got me down to 2 minutes and 49 seconds before they hang up. I had one lady tell me she knew my physical address and she was sending the police and to stop harassing them. I informed her that her man was a punk and he wished he'd never got with her because her [***] smells. She was getting upset before she hung up, but what pushed her over the edge was when I said I would lure her children into my gingerbread house. She wasn't having that I guess so she hung up. I got through to that gay guy again, and he apologized profusely to me, admitted that he too hated New Jersey and that he was from Pennsylvania originally. He said the job sucks but he needed the money. I was THIS close to not calling back after he tried to make his peace with me, but being a coward, instead of hearing MY side out, he quickly hung up after he told me he'd never call back. Since that I've probably called another 24 times, and the call time is getting WAY shorter. I used to get to hear at least half of "Jesse's Girl" but now I'm down to a minute and forty-five seconds flat. Every other call I get that elevator type waiting 'music' intertwined with the generic computerized "Please hold, all our representatives are currently busy, we appreciate your business, please continue to hold and we will assist you shortly." The funny thing is, I WILL continue to hold, because I've got business with 'Dealer Services.'..........Unfinished business. One person I talked to called me a loser, and asked me if I had anything better to do. Well, regardless of whether I am a loser or not, I HAVE A LOT OF FREE TIME......A LOT. Ah.....Jesse's girl again, and another 1:36 hangup. I started calling from my wife's Number cause I think they're getting wise to me. Excellent, fresh new people to harass. I've talked to 3 more different people, they seemed to be taken aback by my relentless disdain for New Jersey and its inhabitants. One Lady cursed me out, but she did so in a quiet voice as if her boss was standing behind her. Its been probably an hour now that I've been doing this, actually and hour and 24 minutes. I've gotten to a point where nobody wants to play with me. I've run the gambit of people being mad, incredulous, apologetic and overall annoyed. I have harassed them in a way that they threatened to get the authorities involved. Now that they're wise to my wife's number I've been calling from the house phone, since i get free weekend long distance. You'd think the waiting and the music would deter my intentions, but alas, my will shall triumph. I write all of this, a chronicling, if you will, of my ongoing battle with 'Dealer Services' at the number 7328075611. All of what I have written is factual, and true, as I will post a follow up video (probably on youtube) that my wife took of me while I was blasting a sales associate with verbal contempt. I will post it on this forum as well, all in an effort to light the fire under the consumer/homeowner/couch-potato alike or otherwise. When these people call you and repeatedly harass you, there is something you can do about other that calling the FCC. I find this way far more therapeutic, as you have an actual target to channel you unquenchable rage at. I say rise up, angry, annoyed, tired of getting out of the shower to get a telemarketer asking your social security number masses, and take back what is yours: Your right to chill at your house without dealing with rude people from far off places over the phone about crap you don't care about anyways. I have brought the fight to their doorstep, they wont even pick up any of my call anymore, from any of my 3 numbers. My hold times have grown to upwards of 7 minutes with Jesse's girl playing in my ear incessantly with a brief pause and a quick hangup. They no longer want to play the game I like, so I will wait a few hours, till the shift changes, and I get a fresh new roster of people to verbally demolish who are unaware of the hailstorm of fury that I've reserved just for 'Dealer Services'. Keep up the good fight, comrades, do not hang up quietly in that good night, redial, redial, redial into the dying of light!

- turn-the-tablesI have done this before, and it worked so well the company calling people changed their numbers. Just like the name I gave myself, i'd be willing to bet there are vastly more individuals getting calls from these creeps, then they have employee's. The perfect way to do this is if everyone can pass on this number to their friends, post it on your facebooks, and pick something like from 2:00pm to 3:00 pm, everyone who has received a call from this number, and all their friends each call 5 times between those times. If they answer ask them things like you are interested in their product, or how can you go about hiring them. We have the numbers on our size, if this was a war it would be like the US fighting Tahiti, so it's time to use our strength in numbers to shut them down, with calling so many times we knock out their phone system. It can be done, and if you can't call at a certain time, just make sure and call every day. turn the tables on them people.....
- MamageeWe got a call from said number today and people were rude when told we were not interested in their services they hung up on us. Do not give any important information to such calls, it is a scam!!!!!!!!
- Callie CoJust got a call from this number. All I got was "Hello Mrs.____ this is Edward with Dealer Services. I'm calling about your Hyundai AccentGL, about how many miles does it have on it?" When I told him that I didn't know off the top of my head because it was at work with my husband, I was hung up on. I want to know why they are asking about my car and how they knew that was the model.

- NewbieDealer Services is a scam. They sell you expensive "warranty extension" insurance but don't pay out if you ever need it. They also lie to customers by misrepresenting themselves as the "Dealer".
If you ask them which dealer *specifically* you bought your car at, they will not know. But they insist they ARE the dealer. Not likely. It's a con run by a guy named MICHAEL SHAFTEL.

- Jay GGot a call from this number. Tried to sell me a $2,000+ package for an extended warranty on my 04 F150. I wasn't really interested and finally told the man I was thinking of trading in my truck just to get him off the phone. He then told me that was all a bunch of baloney. His attitude turned rude all of a sudden and just before he hung up he told me again I was full of baloney, said "Good Luck Buddy" in a sarcastic way and hung up on me.

- MernaGot a call from this company asking for my husband and when I told them that he wasn't home and that he probably wouldn't like to talk to them anyway or HE would call THEM, the guy on the other line started laughing and asked how old I am. I told him that I am an adult and to put me on his 'do no call list' then he rudely said, "Why would I do a thing like that when I have clearly done nothing wrong but ask for your husband?"
I asked him another time to take me off his calling list THAN he laughed at me and hung up. Avoid these people at all costs!!- Caller: Dealer Services
- LIndaJust received a call from this number at my place of employment. I generally answer the phone. I too heard an open office enviroment in the background. I said hello about 3 times. Finally they asked for me specifically by name. I said again, hello, may i help you. Never confirming it was me. Some man started rattling off info about a vehicle that I dont even own. I finally said....I'm sorry who are you asking for? Again they said my name. I said I'm sorry no one is in the facility today. Then the man got really rude and we ended up arguing for a bit. I finally just hung up. I dont have time for this at work or for people like this. AVOID at all cost.
- AshtenI have also been getting calls from these people, (Dealer Services #1-732-807-5611) so i finally picked up trying to ask them not to call me anymore. The lady i talked to first wouldn't let me get a word in, and said i had the option of extending my service plan on my car for another 30,000 miles and that i had a bunch of mailings sent to me, and since no action had been taken, there were going to close the account if i didn't extend the service. Then when i tried to explain i had to think about that kind of financial decision, she handed the phone over to a man.. i believe his name was Mr. Winters. he rattled on for 10 minutes and wouldn't let me get a word in edge-wise. He finally stopped by asking what card i wanted to put a payment on. I told him i couldn't at this time, and he replied by saying he was going to have to close the account, and when he closes it i wouldn't get the deal. i tried to tell him that i didn't receive any mailings, and tried to explain my situation (thinking this was a real insurance coverage) and this "Mr. Winters" muttered something and hung up on me. Very rude.

- joe bialikI got tired of all the calls from this company, so i called this # back and a guy identified himself as "Willie Swindell"
I asked him if his company uses a hone # from area code 207, and he acknowlrdged that they DID.
I then asked him if he was going to pay me for the 5 calls that his company had made to my pre-paid phone, and he said that I didn,t have to answer my pre-paid phone if I didn't want to.
Now I ask you,? Why would I have Aa pre-paid phone, or any other phone, if I didn't intend to answer it ??
So I told him he could either pay me $5.00. or I would take them to court for the $5.00, PLUS punitive damages in the amount of $10,000.00.- Call type: Telemarketer
- momofoneI too received this call today, I'm in NC and he called while I wasn't here! Yay !!
- Not Mrs. SparksI am in Washington state & just got a call from this # asking for Mrs. Sparks. When I politely said they had the wrong #. they just hung up on me. I called it from a different phone, got the receptionist, & explained what happeded. She asked me if i knew the person who called me I told her they didn't stay on long enough for me to know. I had her make sure she took my # off of their list. I have to make a living cold calling, so I know they have a job to do. But, it's completely rude to treat people like crap!!!

- FRUSTRATEDYou know what really irks me? The people that are so mad that they got a call from this number that they don't even take the time to read their caller ID properly. My phone number is (XXX-732-8075). These people are picking up the phone and just dialing the first 7 numbers. So if they are in the same area code I am... it dials me! They then leave me a nasty voice mail, swear words and all. I have had arguments with these people if I answer the phone because they don't believe that they made a mistake! It sounds like "Dealer Services" is a pain to deal with... but try dealing with the people complaining about them. *sigh*
