No message, blocked like previous 740 numbers

Calls from this number and a few similar numbers -- one is 740-520-3149 -- suggest Athens, Ohio, is the locale. Two players are from there: Ohio University and a call center that uses American-accent workers for robocalls (the reason for such calls is to overcome resistance to robocalls that use call centers based in low-cost areas outside the United States). Whatever the case, my online call-blocking service already had this number on its blacklist and intercepted the call.
