keeps calling about my car insurance payment, how he can make it cheaper....I haven't had a car in my name for over 2 years now. Sometimes a woman calls, same scenario each time.  have had 5 calls so far, once or twice a week. ow I just don't answer.

probably a Spoofed/VoIP call as a scam/fraud/fishing call. Not the first and probably not the last I will get. Have called on both prepaid cell and home phone. Gives a list of top companies they represent and when told that I don't have a car they hang up.

Picked up the phone. Nobody's speaking in the other side. BLOCKED!!!

Caller ID said Washington Court House Ohio. These as*ho*es called July 20 2018. I just listened. Seems like it is voice activated response. If you dont say anything, neither does the other side. Hung up. and Blocked! looking for  FCC or some way to stop this crap.

This a scam do not give them any information. I kept hearing myself and unasked am I being recorded and Stacy would never answer she would just go into her sales pitch about saving me money ony insurance . I asked again if I was being recorded she hung up. I called back and asked again if this was being recorded and they hung up.

Received call at 9:53am from 740-620-8020 on a cell phone which is used for emergency purposes only.   No message left in voice mail, call hung up.

Called at 953a, no message left.

Called at 9:15 am, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail. It's a Washington Courthouse number, I live two hours from there, but don't know anyone from there.

Another cold call trying to tell me that they can save me $ 260 on my non-existent car insurance.Since I don't have a car or car insurance they can not save me an money.
