No voice mail left. If this was a legitimate call, I'd expect the CID to be a company, organization, or personal name, not the city and state.

This caller dials our house fairly often per my telephone companies call log.  But our call blocker stops the call in its tracks, so we never hear a ring.  They used that weird caller ID shown below, which I somehow think is related to an ID for the scam they are trying to perpetrate.

I get calls almost every day from different numbers in Chesapeake.  I'm assuming they are all one of the scammy police associations from the couple of times I have picked up.

Calls...no message.  I don't answer unidentified callers.  If they can't identify themselves with a message...sorry, Charlie!
