A guy name Wayne text my phone called for house cleaning. Once i gave him the price he then text me back and ask could he put extra money on the check to pay the remaining balance he owed to rent the apartment he wanted me to clean. He offered to pay me 50.00 to make a deposit in his agent account. i text him back informing him i would not be able to provide service or help him with his rental business. he continued to text please help him. i stop responding..

It' s strange he wanted my name and address and THAT HE WOULDN'T JUST DEAL WITH THE AGENT DIRECT FOR HIS MONEY TRANSACTIONS. My concern now is he has my address.

the same thing happened to me I gave him my address so he could mail me a check, do u have any idea what this guy is up too? now im concerned I think imm gonna report him to the police

I am currently chatting with the person from this number. He wanted a cleaning done and i offered my price and service. He said he would mail me a check but i sent him the wrong address because i was suspicious of him. As of 30 minutes ago 9/29/2015 7:30PM EST he has texted me to find out if i got the check. I believe this person is a fraud and should be reported. I have kept my emails

A lot of people use this number. They are usually from Africa or foreign and run some sort. They will send you a fraudulent cashiers check which seems 100 percent legit because it's sent priority mail. They will want u to cash it and then send money to a third party. Usually giving a sob story as to why they are out of the country. Then the check comes back fraud and you're liable.

I just started receiving these texts too.  A week ago I started receiving texts from another number asking for a move out cleaning and saying they wanted us to charge 3500 to a card and keep 1000 and send 2200 to an acct .  (the rest $200 was for a tip).  They guys is supposedly hard of hearing and in the hospital with lung cancer and he is A MAN OF GOD... I knew this was a scam but I have been playing along and told him that I ran the card (of course I didn't) that I have his money but all sorts of thing has happened to me on the way to the bank to deposit HIS MONEY..  an accident... got robbed...  He continues to text me and ask about HIS MONEY... he can keep waiting... Scumbag is probably in Africa somewhere trying to steal money from good hard working people.   He can keep thinking he is dealing with a fool that will send him money.  Be careful out there... If it sounds too good to be true.. it probably is a scam.   Watch for the way these people write English.. They use names like Wayne and Harry etc.  Don't fall for this.     I prefer to play with them and make them waste time and think they will get something from me because the time they spend thinking how they will spend the money that I WILL SEND THEM.... is time they can't spend trying to scam someone else.   I wish there was some kind of authority that could catch these crooks.

I got a  text from a Wayne, asking for a cleaning service for his apartment. And stated that he would be moving to Wisconsin.  He asked what would we charge for the cleaning.so we gave him a price, then he wanted our address to mail the check. Later he asked if we can deduct the $400, the price we were charging him for clean this apartment From 1950 Plus $50. Then send his rental agent the balance by money gram. Why would a person need a cleaning service to clean an apartment that he's moving into, it should be clean already.  I told him to send the money gram himself, and I was declining to do the job and I was calling the Attorney General. I didn't get anymore Text.

The same guy Wayne with the number   757-559-1546 is asking me for my name and address to send me a check regarding housecleaning, and I think is a fraud, since he does not pick up his phone and offered to pay me more than what I asked.  After I realized that I sent him this picture and he never replied back.  Thanks Tina.
