caller id only says norfolk, va, but when answered, they said they were from universal circulation.  They have already called and called, with a different number and id that said "universal circu".  Now they're trying from this number. I have already told them off!  My husband also told them to take us off the list and stop calling, they keep asking for credit card info to renew a newspaper subscription.  They don't take NO for an answer and keep calling.  I now sent an email to my newspaper, to find out if this company really works for them.  I threatened to drop my subscription if they don't stop calling.  I'll post again when/if my newspaper company answers my email.  Til then, this sounds like a SCAM--don't give them any info and good luck getting them to stop calling.
