Out of Area for caller ID, town appears to be June Lake, CA. It is a robocall trying to get someone to "verify changes in google listings". But we did not enlist a google listing service provider, nor do we wish to. We do our own SEO, we don't need anybody else.

It's the IRS calling.

Out of town call, never answer them.

Caller ID showed June Lake, CA. I don't know anyone there nor do I know where it is. Whenever I get a call like this, I pick up the phone for a second then hang up. I do not even want it to go into voice mail.

Picked it up.  Heard them say "google" and then I hung up.

When I answered, a recorded message said that it was Google calling to check on some recent changes to my listing.  I have just made some corrections, so I pushed "1" and was connected to an open line.  I could hear someone there, but when I said hello, the connection was broken.  

I just called the number back and it went to an unnamed automated call answering system that gave me options to either talk to a customer service rep or be put on a do not call list. So I selected the do not call list and blocked future calls from this number.

So why did the feds create the Do Not Call list again?

they called, they did not leave a message. I guess it isn't that important. Be a real business and stop acting like the scammers you are. I am on the DNC list, but scammers don't care at all.

Gregor, the only thing you do when you push a button to say "don't call me again", is verify that your # is good, and there is a person there. If they don't call you from this # again, they will sell your valid # to thousands of other scammers so they can bother you. Never ever call back a scammer.

If it were a real business, you could fax them a cease and desist order. That will stop them or cost them a bunch of cash.

Google has been repeatedly calling me for weeks with different numbers.

This number just called our office. Asked if I could help them but dead air only. Why is there an uptick in these sorts of nuisance calls again lately? If it had happened before the elections, I would have thought it was politics-related...

this "TBD2" calls my business phone EVERY DAY. I don't answer but they keep on calling

another day, another call. I guess these scammers are glad they don't pay people to dial.   After they leave a message, I'll consider returning the call. Till then I don't mind the phone ringing.

Called our firm yesterday and didn't leave a voice mail. ID said it was from California

They call and do not leave a message. All I want is a photo sent to me.
