    Had a voice mail saying their name was Mr. Spinelli from a law firm, armond oconner and bach. That I need to call them because they have my name and SS #  that is associated with a case that was filed with their office.
    I cant seem to find any info on this person or this law firm.
    Has anyone else experienced something similae from this number recently?

    Probably a bottom feeder looking for someone to extort money from.  It is also ILLEGAL to claim to be an attorney if they are not licensed - and a real  attorney would know you do not call & warn someone if a summons is coming.  Suggestion - block & report to your state attorney general & www.ftc.gov .
