    From reading this page apparently it's a medical debt collector, but no one in my household has any outstanding medical debt.  If this company wants to make such a claim, they should send a letter.  Harassing callers can p*** off.  Blocked the number.

    no caller ID on screen.  this is a recorded call from HRRG ( health care debt collector) stating who they are, why they are calling and to call them or go the their website and pay the bill.   the insurance short paid a bill, Dr didn't like it and sent a balance due bill to collections. Insurance is debating with Dr.   HRRG is aware but calls anyway.

    It is against the law to attempt to collect money that is not owed.  Most insurance companies have rules against balance billing.
