this number is fake. the guy is indain and says cops r going to come and get me cuz i didnt pay my loan. so not true. they scared the hell out of me. they say they know ur info but they never told it to me, so i could give it to them.

Indian ??? I say Terriost..he has called me a hundred times if not more...reported to police same issue..un paid loan....even calls me at work to cause trouble .....I have since changed my cell and home....he only calls on Thursday..total scam

I have to say though, my favorite part is the super thick accent accompanied by a name like "Kevin Morgan". Uh huh, sure buddy. Oh yeah, and "If I do not hear back from you or your attorney of record, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you."

What's more is that sometime last summer, I was getting these calls about 4 times a day for at least a month. It was a female version, same thing, word for word. And surprise surprise, nothing ever came of it.

I know it's a scam for 2 reasons, 1-they give you no actual information except your name, and 2-I have no debts that require this kind of attention.

Oh yeah, there is another version of this message where they actually tell you the 'business' they are calling from, but that doesn't make it any more legit.

I did receive a call from this number at my work phone.  How is these people getting my information.  The caller claiming to be JACK STEWART, the caller has a indian accent. Please help me stop this.

paul collins used to call from this number 760)2693823 now he's using this number 760)2693825 i know because the idiot give me his name. so i just hang up the phone, do not give any info or money to this idiot.

Paul Collins' new number is (404) 551-5493. He called my parents claiming I owed a payday loan company 500 dollars (conveniently enough) and that if I didn't resolve the issue immediately I was going to be charged with check fraud. After calling him to resolve the issue he knew nothing about the situation but what he had on his paper which included my Social Security Number that he willing read off a couple times. Not standard business procedure. This guy is a creep and a scammer. Don't give him any information.

Got a call from 404-551-5493 the investigator said she's calling from Kaufman Hines. When I called back to that number the voicemail said it's Paul Collins number.
