they called me on may 8 and may 10, 2012 saying, we are going to garnishyour wages by calling your employer and they are going to sue me.

i got a call from this number they left a message tell me to call Travis Walker immediately.  I called him back and he told me I was going to be arrested for fraud unless I pay them $600.

They just did the same to us. 600 dollars in the next hour or they're going to arrest my husband on friday. This company needs to be reported. Any idea how we can do that?

I am so angry at this apple they have been calling my number wanting to speak to my husband. They are saying dat there is a lawsuit imposed on my husband and that they are going to blacklist his SS# I told to go ahead because they are just [***],  these pple need 2 be nailed down or maybe we shld inform Dog the bounty hunter lol.

They have been calling and harrassing my family and they are threatening about some lawsuit imposed upon my husband now they are saying that they will blacklist his SS#.  I told them to go ahead.

Travis Walker just told me that hes contacting my employer and getting me fired and Im gonna have to go to jail... Minimum of 6 months... So im in the only one then?????

they have called my home number and left up to 5 messages in 1 day saying that if I do not call them back I will pay utter consequences!  Tried to call the number back and it just rings and rings!  Their last message said they would contact my employer and have me terminated for fraud.  WTF they are the frauds!!

760-269-4157 called and informed me to call them back with my attorney or else I would be in bad trouble and pay consequences.  1.  I couldn't understand what the individual was trying to say, I had to listen to my voice mail 5x's just to understand the message.  2.  They sound unprofessional enough for me to know they are not a legitimate whatever they are.  3.  Yes, how do you report these types of calls.  I would like to get them exposed so they could be investigated.

Yesterday I received a call from American Legal Services (760-269-4157) saying there is a lawsuit against my husband and his Social Security number and to call them immediately.  I think he said his name was Galen Black.. couldn't really understand him.   Now just this morning, the same guy calls and said there is a lawsuit against ME and my SS#.   This is such a scam.  Don't give out any info!!!!!

These people can not even speak english but they sure can threaten you with a lawsuit and that the FBI will be picking me up today to impresson me if i dont give them money. i still waiting for the FBI to come but no such luck. Who are these people and how did they get my information??

I got that same call just a few minutes about my husband saying he was blacklisting his ss #, and having him fired and his drivers license revoked and put him in jail and on probation for 6 months each but he wont be able to work or driver and his ss# will be blacklisted for 7 years.

Yes, they are claiming that he took out some loan (which is not true at all) for around $600 and never paid it back. They are clearly foreign (strong accent and all) with the MOST AMERICANIZED name like (Sam Johnson, Simmon Jackson, Tri Cox are just the names from recently from voicemail) The other numbers that they call from are 309-200-2640 and 814-347-2005. I no longer answer the phone when numbers like this come up and every single voicemail (regardless of the phone number) gives you this whole spill about how there is a law suit against you and your social security number and that they need to hear from you and your attorney of record because this is a very time sensitive matter...BLAH BLAH BLAH And If they do not hear from you are your attorney of record the only thing they can do is wish you the best of luck as the situation unfolds. This is fraud so do not give them any money. They try and put fear into you that you are going to be taken to court or going to jail so that you will pay them money. I had asked them for the date that i has SUPPOSEDLY borrowed this money and they tell me 12/31/?? and I am like no I did not. They try and tell me I did probably because I needed money to go out and party and celebrate new years. Yeah, ok, whatever!!! But I then also told them to send me the documents from this supposed transaction and he tells me he can't. I also asked for the papers showing that I am being taken to court and again he tells me he can't. He tells me that it is illegal for him to give me that kind of information. B***S***. Really I don't know how dumb they must think I am but I know that if you plan on taking me to court you have to provide me with a summons of some sort and that if there is a claim against me I am entitled to see this information as well. Proof that I borrowed money. So like I said when I started asking for this information (since I already knew I hadn't borrowed the money, they give me a date which I myself can prove by going to my bank and showing that nothing was ever deposited for that amount around the time they say it was), and they refused to give it I knew it was a scam.

Day two and three calls later ACS Legal John Hertzer (something like that) called by place of employment threatening to have me arrested and a legal suit against me has been filed, so I said this is [***] and I hung up.  They then tried to contact me at home left a message with a 302 area code and of course phone had a busy signal.  Today another call from this loser and I asked where is the proof that I owe money I just kept over talking him and he told me to contact some other person by the name Travis Walker I then told him I don't need to talk to him you need to submit proof via mail and that this is illegal to harrass me over the phone a felony I also told him I work for the police department and how dare you call me and harrass me with false alligations this is illegal and hung up.  So lets see if he tries again.

They are calling my work phone number and harrassing me at work.  Do not fill out any forms online that request personal information such as payday loans, etc...that is probably how they got your information.  I found a trojan virus on my desktop yesterday.  Run your virus protection and please be aware that if you have norton antivirus there are some viruses out there that can hide and norton will not find them.  And save your voicemails and bring them to the police department in your local area the police departments in the area code from which the phone calls are coming from cannot help you unless you contact your local pd and they ask for help.

i just got a call saying
they have a legal case on me and that they are going to get me fire from my job and the the firm or company name is acs services legal department but i looked on line and that doesnt exsit  i told them that i was going to call the cops and they said i better not do that

I have received several calls from these Ppl, when call them back continuouslly hang up on me after telling them if they are legit answer my questions. The last time I Called back, asked for supervisor, and was told to fu#k off.  These Ppl need to be stopped.

I received the same call but they called my job .these people need to be stopped and when I do get to talk to them I will be informing them that I have turned all this over to the proper authorities including the atorney generals office. The person that called me said his name was shawn carter.

well the same thing happened to me and i was so stupid to fall for it but i did call the police and they checked it out and now have turned it over to the REAL FBI so lets see what they do is anyone of you willing to file a report with them these A--holes got 300 bucks fromme

I got a call also this is the 3 different person all wanting the same crap. I have called the cops 3 times and they still keep calling..they call my work when i was off so i got a call from my boss informing me of the call. Thank god my boss knew it was a crap scam and just wanted me to know instead of  what coukd have been done..so now they are calling my dad who i have not spooken to in 6yrs because due do a divorse with my dececed mother...really WTF this person needs to be stopped!!
