I got a call from these guys saying I owe them 433.22 or else I was getting arrested and going to have to pay over 8000.00 in court fees and 6 months in jail. His name was Leo Fernadez.

I've gotten several calls today.  Joe McCoy tells me (in a thick Indian or Pakistani accent) there are three criminal complaints against my name and SSN, and that if I don't talk to their lawyer, they'll file an arrest warrant.

A foriegn accented man left a message saying he was calling about a financial crime. The end of the message was kind of threatening. He said something along the line of "good luck if you don't call back because something will unfold upon you".....Called back and started to talk to a woman and the same man wit hthe accent rambled something over top of her. Said something along the line of 30 minutes and hung up..Tried calling back several times unsuccesfully.

They keep calling trying to get personal information saying they are with some financial group wanting me to verify my social security number.

i just got a call from the same number saying i have some complains. i told them you are a scam and i hang up the phone.

I received a call from this number from a gentelmen who did not state his name. He stated he was from the Financial crime investigation Bureau. Stated he was in process of contacting Michigan state police and that I was being investigated for criminal fraud. He insisted on getting my attorney's name and when I refused to devulge he suddenly hung up the phone. He called from a California number and spoke with a foreign accent sounded asian.

I have gotten calls from these jerks today! They have called my cell phone and my work. I contacted my local police department this afternoon; These people are IDIOTS! If you took out a loan, contact the company you took a loan out with and make sure your information is current and you are update date on your fees, and repayment. If so ask these pakastainie freaks for a case number so you can contact your attorney, through out their local police department and tell them that they are no longer able to contact you and are to speak directly to their attorney, if they dont you will contact their local police.

I recieved a call from a man with a deep Indian voice telling me that I owe money and that if I don't pay I would go to jail and have to pay them 8,000 dollars. Is this a legit company?

The same incident happened to my fiance. The name given on the message was John Mccoy though. My fiance called back because they called his job too. They said he took out an $8000 payday loan 10 years ago. YEAH RIGHT!!!  They then recited his social to him and our address and threatened him. This is rediculous and scary!

My friend got multiple calls from This number same guy with diffrent names joe mckoy, george salvanaze. They say that she has 1 loan taken out and a warrant for her arrest. Now she has 3 counts of chargesfrom them. However she is a MP for thearmy and her chain of command know now about the harrasment.

Today I received multiple calls and voicemail messages from a man who said his name is John McCoy (with very heavy thick accent) stating that he was with the Federal Criminal Investigation and there was three criminal complaints filed against my name and social security number. He kept asking me if I had a lawyer, he refused to tell me the name of his company. He was very rude and arrogant and told me he was gonna send the State Police to my job. This guy was a total jerk and this is all a scam. I feel so bad for someone who would listen to this loser.

i just received a call from this number . The guys name was something fernandez and claimed to be an attorney. he said i had charges against me for money i stole! first off i have a written contract for the loan i took out and he couldnt confirm the quantity on the loan or the name of the company. he kept name uscashloans which i never took money from them! he said he was going to call my boss and everything! i am so reporting this to ftc!

I just recieved a call from a guy with a thick pakastani accent saying to call him the minute I get this message...me or my attorney. He said do not disregard or all he could do is wish me good luck because whatever happens to me will be on me...this couldn't be real...could it.? I AM NOT behind on ANY loan.!!

I got a call saying the same thing as well, this person claim to be Officer Steve Matthews and when I returned the call asking for that name the person  who answered my phone call told me he was his supervisor and transferred me to their attorney to explain to me what my chargers was, and he told me the same what they told the other people above. but what got my attention was when he told me that I can resolve my problem by going to Walmart or Walgreen's to buy a money kit or card and send a payment of $745.22.  I asked him why should I make a payment from  a Walmart money pack for that amount and for money that I didn't receive and the caller just  hangs up.

Received a call from Officer Steve Matthews; stating good luck as the situation unfolds. Foreign accent.  Very bold to call and harassing.

I got a call from them too. They (Steve Matthews with a thick pacistani? accent) told me if I did not call their lawyers immediately they could not sure be responsible for what unfolded.
