I believe these people are part of the 760-514-0139 number that has been reported already on 800notes.  Same type of call - from guy with heavy accent, demanding a return call to 760-483-3490  or there will be consequences and he wished me good luck in this matter.  Again, I have no intention to return call, will report to my ATG office and hope to put a stop to this scam!!!!

Got three calls today, threatened to call my employer wich happens to be the NYS Tax Department. So I threatened to call Attorney General .Officer James Walker is the [***] who called. Gave me a bs case file number. Not one person I spoke to I could understand.

this man called and said he was an law inforcement officer and that i needed to call him back or I would loose my job and not be able to work any where in the US. I did call back to find out what kind of bs this was and he said that he was an afficer in charge of a debt from an agency that i never even borrowed money from and said that i needed to make arragnements to pay. I hung up right in his face. He then called my phone back 6 times and sine i never answered he left a message, calling me a b***h and tellin me that i f***ed up now! saved the message and giving t to the authorities!

Oh boy, here we go again. Do they not get tired of the same stupidness. And with thier accents, at least come up with a name that is  not so American sounding. So, Officer Stephen Lewis, he can't even say that clearly, so anyway it is gonna cost me $10,000, the leagal case that is being filed against me on Friday, Yawn, same old story but what really makes me angry is that not everyone knows about this fraud and they keep paying. They have to be making money so they keep going. How can we get the word out to the innocent people that they are ripping off. Just to let you all know, they have threatened my family in the past and said they were gonna pull me kicking and screaming out of work. Well good luck with that one.

I have recived about 6 calls from this # a day starting on Thanksgiving day.
The guy leaves a message staying he is a officer  with a heavy accent, demanding a return call to 760-483-3490 . How do i make him stop calling

I took a message for the person who is usually at this desk and the person with a thick accent said he was Officer Allen Taylor from the Department of Law and Investigation.  He said that she "needs to call back right away or she will be in big trouble because this is a legal matter".

I had a call 3 times saying i will lose my job and be sued for $7000 or could pay $507 now to settle.  Told them i was going to call Attorney Generals office and then the guy said one of his officers will show up at my job within 24hrs and hung up.

I got a call today from 760-483-3490 just now. This is the 2nd time in a month that they have called me. A guy with a heavy accent told me that I am being sued by cashnet.com or something like that for a payday loan that I never received. When I asked what county the judgement was in, they couldn't tell me. I was transferred to his "supervisor" who told me that I could settle out of court or it would be uploaded to my state county code. I told him to go ahead and upload it. I don't believe it for a second. Out of curiosity, I checked the county court records and have found nothing.

Has been playing on my phone for the past week.I hung up on him and now he's calling from another number.I don't believe one bit of the crap he's talking about and when I ask to talk to a supervisor, he hangs up. This is nothing but a huge scam!
