caller ID says OTO inc. no answer

I called this number back and received a message that this was "Bank of America and from time to time they sell products and services."  The message says if you want to stop receiving these phone calls enter your 10 digit number and you will be removed from this list.

I got a call from a different number (4029820719). I looked it up on the Internet and there was a response to call a number to be removed.  I called and asked to be removed and now I am being called from 7605268108 all in a matter of 1 hour.  I am on the DNC list and so I called to get my name added to the list again!!

Grrrrrr. Now THEY have my cell #. I'm on the DNC list as well. This really ticks me off.

I just got a call a few hours ago.  The usual 'no one there'. I am on the state and federal 'do not call' lists and even have a tele-zapper plugged in but nothing seems to stop these people.  Do you think calling them back and being taken off their lists will work?

i've got 2 calls within 2 hours from those clowns , and they used 2 different numbers....702-982-0719 and 760-526-8108 , but i didn't picked it up and i turned off my answering machine....

this is the first time i checked a unknown number online, and every response was 100% accurate. i have to book mark this site. thanx

Calls from both this and 402-982-0719 the last two days.  Only thing new to add is the Caller ID.

Just received a call from 760-526-8108, Caller-ID said "SIMS".  Caller asked "If I'd like to receive $1,200.00 off..." and I hung up on him.

Got a call from this number and my ID claimed it was a call from SIMS

+1 on a call from both numbers in the same day.

I got a call from 402-982-0719 at 3:30pm and from 760-526-8108 at 9:30pm.  The first I didn't answer, the 2nd said they were from Home Security Group.  I asked them to take me off the list and he said OK.

Got a call from 402-982-0719 at 10:30 a.m. - on my cell #. I answered, they were selling security systems. I nicely said no thanks.

Got a call from 760-526-8108 at 1:00 p.m. - on my cell #. I answered, they were still selling security systems. I told them it was their 2nd call today (I hadn't looked at the #s at that point) and that I hadn't changed my mind. Guy said he would take my number of their list.

I answered and no one was there. They called back 3 more times again with no one there. How do you make these calls stop if no one is on the other end to tell not to call again?

Got a call yesterday on my cellphone, caller-ID per my voicemail is "SIMS". I didn't pick up they didn't leave message. Then today I got a call from 702-520-1101. Similar experience to another poster who got call from this 760 area code and then 702.

I received a second call from 760-526-8108 today after informing them that I am on the DNC list. I suggest that everyone in this site that has received a call register a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, this is the only way they will stop, is by having them prosecuted. Go to https://www.donotcall.gov/ and click on the file a complaint button.

I also got a call from 402-982-0719 which I filed a FTC DNC complaint then received a call from this 760-526-8108. Several months ago an Apex home security sales guy was walking around our neighborhood selling their product, he kept saying their giving good deals and started to sing me up even though I never approved it. Come to find out they wanted you to buy some cell phone deal for $99.00 a year,then you would get a discount on their home security plus they would put a free sign in your yard. Then after I told him NO several times he finally left and the calls first started from OTO INC.caller id, I filed complaints then it stopped for a while now it's a SIMS caller id calling. A few days ago another Home security sales guy came by again, but would not say his company name so I reported these sales guys to the local City Hall (any company going door-door in my city has to get approval from our City Hall first)and Sheriffs' station and haven't seen them since or any other door-door telemarketing going on since.
