Have gotten numerous calls from this number and also from 626-273-8252.  They use the same recording stating that they've spoken to us before (funny that they call since I just moved to another state and got a new number...also, I'm not and never have been late on my bills).  Waited and listened to the whole recording and pressed one like it asked and all I got was a recording.  Called the number back and of course is was a recording stating that if I wanted my number removed to press 1, I did and it just kept repeating the same recording.  These callers are scammers and will only talk to you if you give them your credit card information.  They'll hang up on you if you refuse to give them that information.....that happened when the 626-273-8252 number called.  That number is coming from a cell phone in Alhambra, CA.

Just got a call saying my car warranty expired.  I connected to an agent and he immediately asked what make and model.  I replied by asking what company he represented.  He hung up on me instantly.

This is happening to me, too.  I'm so tired of it.  How do we make it stop?

I just got a call from this number now..   What is even funnier - i work for a dealer and drive their car.   I haven't owned a car in YEARS..

I get about three of these calls a day. I only use this phone at work.

I tried to find out how they got my number and they would not tell. I

tried to talk to a supervisor and they would not. I call back to have

number removed off of call list and it is moved to another. It is a

rip off that needs to be stopped

I get calls from the same number trying to sell me a Car warranty. I get a min of 1 call per week from these same boneheads. I just filed a complaint with the FCC online, since they are calling my cell phone, (which according to the FCC is illegal for them to place an unsolicited call to a wireless phone for commercial purposes).

Just curious - have any of you had any dealings with a company called Wynne Loans?  Or even met a man called Kenneth Wynne or Kent Wynne? I met this man on business and since giving him my cell number, I've been getting these calls.

Can I contact you directly regarding your expenience with the Wynne loans person?  I need to cross referance some information with you.  Thank you.

After initial contact, I had a tough time getting ahold of him. When he finally called, he seemed drunk. Talked a good story but gave me the creeps. Sounded like a scam man.

When did you try to sue him? Was this recently? I know of others who tried to sue him unsuccessfully. He is bad news and very arrogant. Take your business elsewhere.

Where can I get information regarding Kenneth Wynne?

I have 2 very large deals with him been waiting for a couple months. He is very difficult, arrogant as stated above and always supposedly in the hospital.
We are moving on and going after our money based on fraud.

Criminal charges pierce the bankruptcy veil plus more of course.
