Another new number for the IRS Scammers. 763-250-0286. These people just don't know when to quit. Again... The IRS WILL NOT CALL YOU... They will send you a letter in the mail and another letter by certified mail. Don't fall for this crap.

IRS Scam. Have fun at their expense. Really screw with them. Ask them all kind of off the wall stupid questions.Don't let up. It's a riot at their response.

IRS Scammer. My iPhone is awesome in that it transcribes whatever message is left so usually I can spot the scammer right off the bat by what they’re saying. Reading it. This one was so obvious.

-No response by me in the previous six months so an Intentional fraud and lawsuit has been filed by the United States government And to call this number to clear it up.-

This guy called me with the same message, that the IRS is suing me. I asked all kinds of questions and finally told the guy that I would be calling the irs myself with my attorney. He insisted that I pay before court to get rid of this matter.  After I started asking the questions , he got quiet. He told me that they sent me 2 letters in the mail, I told I haven't recieved anything from the post office saying such . He also said that item number 7 was incorrect on my taxes. I told him that its doesn't call people in this manner,he said that he is giving me one last chance before my case goes to Washington D.C.    I ended the call.

The IRS sends out several letters as first class mail.  If you do not respond to that, they send out certified, return receipt mail which the mailman will notify you that you have one if you are not around to sign for it.

I spoke to 4 separate people regarding this "tax" fraud i was being charged with, and was trying to be fined for years that I was in high school and unemployed for. Eventually the person hung up saying they'd call me back later.
