Robo Call - warning about tax fraud saying lawsuit filed

IF you were getting sued, you would NOT have a warning cold call.  The IRS mails letters..

They just called me!

They just called me, claiming a government lawsuit against me.

two messages back to back about a lawsuit filed under my name

IRS Scammer called 3x in 2 hours

Caller stated that I am being sued for tax fraud and claimed to be an IRS representative.

Received a call, answered and was listening to automated recording. C

This number is definitely a scam. I looked it up when I was on the phone with a lady who answered and asked her to confirm it was not a scam because I had just looked up online people saying it was, and she immediately hung up. Barely spoke enough english to spell out my name after I tried to instruct her letter by letter for fifteen minutes. That's how I knew I should look it up. Also forgot the fact that IRS doesn't call you if they are suing they mail.

Calls constant  and I don't answer.  Goggled it and I know it is a scam from IRS..
I don't understand why they can't go after these scammers....
