    This number left a message that was distorted and sounded like a robot. It claimed that it was The Honolulu Police Department and that a warrant had been issued for my arrest.

    I listened to a garbled communication and called back the number.  The man adamantly repeated it is the IRS and do I know the reason for the call.
    I was then advised that I was being charged with tax evasion and to be arrested.  Then the call dropped.  I contacted the IRS 800 number and they didn't mention anything to that affect about me.  God is my supply, protector and vindicator is all I can say.  Truat God!
