Hmmm, caller ID claims to be United Healthcare but when called you get a recording asking if you would like to do a survey after the call. If you say yes or no it disconnects your call every time.

This call came in with the ID as Princeton, MN. And they left this message:

 Voicemail from (763) 260-8111  
"To check in. We'll try calling you back at another time. Thank you and have a great day."

They say they are united health care!!

All I  got was a recording saying to hold for the next available operator. I hung up.

Got a call from this Number. 4-5 mins. Earlier before I called back ( they left no message and didn't  recognize the number). I called back.  Auto message said it was United Health Care but presently they are closed and to call back later. This seems pretty strange since they had called me about 4-5 minutes earlier.

They called my cell phone, asked for my boyfriend who is in no way connected to my phone number. She said they wanted to welcome him as a new member. Even after I told her he has healthcare with someone else, i did not tell her it was with the V.A....she said she would call back later to welcome him. I said why? he doesn't have insurance with you. These people are dense.

I do not believe this is United Health Care because I have received legitimate calls from them. They would not handle the call in the way reported. If it is legitimate from United Health Care, and the phone is not answered (which is best if the number is not recognized), a message will be left as to the nature of the call and a phone # be given for a call back to them. Legitimate calls from United Health Care will not be from this number.

Got call and left no messages

Caller ID showed "cellular call".  Doubt that United Health Care would be calling from a cell phone.  Didn't answer...had fax machine pickup call...let them pay for a call to a fax machine.

This was legit call from United Health Care. Just a follow up customer service call.

This is a call from United Healthcare. They are doing a courtesy call to see if you are happy  with your insurance, and if you have any  questions or concerns. They will help you if you do have.

This is United HealthCare. They call every so often to check on their members. Not really a crank call - more of a reminder.

I have that area code blocked.  I also found it interesting that their website didn't show a telephone number on any of the pages I looked at, but I only looked at three or four.

Was busy on another call.  When I sent return message "I can't talk now" the phone kept ringing and finally said the message I can't talk could not be sent. Deleted call.  Phone kept ringing.I do not have United Health care insurance.

My caller ID said Optum which is a HSA bank. No one there when I answered the phone.

CID=United Healthcare, asking odd questions that UH does not normally ask. I ended the conversation.

Claimed to be United Health Care doing account update.  Knew name but wanted to verify birthdate due to medical privacy laws.  When I refused to give that information she could not continue call.  I don't give out personal information to callers, ever.
