This is  a scammer and a woman's voice calls and leaves a legal sounding message. She left a message on my phone calling herself Brook Taylor but her voicemail message she calls herself Ms. Barbara Henderson. She sounds like a drunk or heavy smoker. This is what the message she left says: "Hello my name is Brooke Taylor and state law mandates that I make an attempt to contact you. Because this matter is tied directly to your SSN, EIN number, wages, all bank accounts as well as your personal and business assets. There have been numerous documented attempts to contact you by phone as well as by mail. To receive the legal details as directly related to you press 1 to  a live representative..." Don't let this scammer fool you under any other number.
