    763-280-1045 is Furniture Pro Solutions, the service center for Slumberland; where the quality and service is bad.  My chair broke after 2 wks, takes 2 wks to schedule an appointment that is another 2 wks away, shipment of the parts takes 2-4 wks, but does not arrive, wait another wk, another 2 wks on the phone, filed Better Business Bureau 2 wks later.   The part did arrive and they simply want me to accept the repairs and forget everything.
