Didn't recognize the number as someone I know or do business with. I let the call go to voice mail and got the following message:

"Hello, I'm calling to share some important information about a benefit provided by your employer. The benefit offers you an opportunity to participate in a personalized wellness coaching program. Please contact us immediately at 1-866-600-5995 to schedule an appointment with your personal coach."

Since this person did not leave a name, Identify their compan, say the name of the company I work for or even know my name I'm not planning on calling. They have called two days in a row.

Received the same message as above. I do not intent to return the call either .

I also received the voice message from 866-600-5995.  I contacted the human resources department where I work and asked why I was getting voice messages about a wellness coaching.  I was told that if I had chosen a certain option for health insurance (which I had) that as part of the agreement I made (particularly for a lower premium), that I needed to follow through.  So I called the 866-600-5995 number and have now been set up for coachings.  My particular coaching lasts for five months.  The coach will call me once each month and talk about 20 minutes.  

There were several types of coachings.  They have diabetes, weight loss, stress assistance, exercise, stop smoking coachings, and maybe two or three more that I can't remember.  I was able to choose the one that best benefits me.  They identified themselves as United Health Care.  They say they cannot leave too much information on voice messages due to HIPAA concerns.  Seems, though, that they could say their name and give the name of a contact person.

I just received a call from this number too (763.280.5186), with the same message as above:

"Hello, I'm calling to share some important information about a benefit provided by your employer. The benefit offers you an opportunity to participate in a personalized wellness coaching program. Please contact us immediately at 1-866-600-5995 to schedule an appointment with your personal coach."

But I know I did not choose anything in my health insurance options to prompt this.

I will not be calling back, even though I also have United Health Care as my provider...
