this number belongs to a collection dept for mayo health.. they ask you to verify a bunch of information and when you refuse to do so they get an attitude.

Having been a debt collector, they always have an attitude.  People get a phone call from a debt collector, and automatically start with the bitchfest (I can't even begin to count the number of times I was sworn at, called names, and hung up on before I had a chance to say anything except my name and the company I worked for).  When you deal with that negativity all day every day, you turn into a negative person.  I had to quit after about 4 months because I could see the job was affecting the way I treat people.  Not just debtors, but I was starting to treat the people in my life that I cared about like [***] because that's how I got treated all day.  Quitting that job was the best decision I ever made.

Just FYI being a current debt collector, also know that FDCPA laws & State laws say that in the state of Wisconsin that if you tell them to stop calling, they must remove your number asap (cell & landline).. if not you can "SUE" they [***]..... other states require a letter to cease & desist if it is a landline(home) phone...if its a cell and you say stop calling, they have to cease...

they call and do not leave a message.  when I try to call back, no one answers.  they call my cell phone and waste my minutes on a limited contract.  definitely not fair to me.

Called a few times when I answer no one is there. I normally answer on speaker and wait to see how long it takes till they hang up average is one minute and four seconds. They use a Washington number as well.

get a different job then...

I get this call  some times 3 a day then nothing then again for a couple days at a time.
