Keeps calling and doesn't leave a message.

Interesting.  I got a call from this number today.  I believe he said he was from Health Net ("you know, the company that runs your .........................").   If I'm correct he was wrong    I generally don't answer unknown callers, but I recognized  763 from a call I received on Wed.  (763-308-3744) and picked up to find out what this was about, before blocking both numbers.  He hemmed and hawed about supplemental insurance.  If this guy was on the level, he should be fired.  Sounded like he was hoping to talk with someone who was short a few marbles.  Sounded off to me, like spoiled yoghurt.
No message left Wed.  No ID on either call, and I don't like that.  Bye, fella.
