- Angela| 2 repliesI have had this number call me a number of times 763-588-1202, I looked up the number to find out it belongs to collections for Anytime Fitness! I was a member at one point in time and no longer a member! And that's all thanks to their payment dept! Because they had my permission at one point in time took take out my monthly fee for my membership! My acct I froze cause I could not workout do to injury, so then they were taking more money out of the acct,I was given 6 months free but they didn't have my permission to take funds out of the acct! However if I didn't make my monthly payment my membership would end and now they are calling me to get money for a membership I stopped just like the other person they did it to that wrote in!
- Kev| 1 replyThis number just called my cell phone today and didn't leave a message. I looked it up, and it belongs to a collection agency called Professional Service Bureau (http://prosb.net/). I don't know which of my debtors hired them, but I do owe several credit card and medical companies.

- Lori| 14 repliesThis is a sleezy collection agency called Professional Service Bureau, Inc., 1110 Industrial Circle N.W., Suite B, Elk River, MN 55330-0331, who does collections for Mayo Clinic. Mayo Clinic is great at running unnecessary tests to run up the bill, the insurance company refuses to pay because they state it is an unnecessary MRI and then Mayo Clinic turns it over to a collection agency. Such a nice medical facility. Nice to know you are in such good hands.

- kmsCollection agency for Mayo Clinic. Calls stopped when they were told I had hired a lawyer because the bills were due to medical from an accident. All I had to do was explain it to them

- collector / psb replies to Lori| 12 repliesIt is unfortunate when insurance companies "try" and dictate to medical professionals what test they should run. If a doctor at Mayo, or any other facility, did not run this MRI that your insurance company denied, and a issue arrose later that could have been seen on the MRI how would you feel? These doctors are not running up bills, they are doing what they feel is best for their patients. Professional Service Bureau representatives will work with anyone that is genuinely trying to pay their obligation. Bottom line, if the insurance company denies the claim the patient or guarentor is responsible.
- got ripped offi had an accident and went to mayo, and they overcharged me by doing all kind of tests on me. i just blocked them.

- Scott Johnson replies to collector / psbIf you are going to reply as an informed "expert", please check your grammar and spelling before posting. Your spelling is terrible.......
Sorry, just calling it as I read it. - GH| 1 replyI am another victim of the Mayo Clinic's inventive accounting. They overcharged me by $40,000 and now this slimy collection agency bunch is harassing me. I now live in London, England but the calls continue. If this is an example of the self proclaimed "World Class Centre of Medical Excellence", I think perhaps someone should look at their accounting department a little more closely. It is most certainly not excellent in any way!!

- SarahA very rude lady called me today AT MY JOB regarding a service Mayo clinic did not bother to pre-auth, did not tell me they didn't pre-auth, and now want 5K from me. She threatened to take me to court. I told her you can't get blood out of a turnip, and she said, well a turnip didn't get this service. Very funny. I am sending her Clark Howard's "drop dead" letter citing the Fair Debt Collections Act, so she cannot contact me at work. The ridiculous thing is that this service was not emergent, could have been put off until pre-authed, and I have a case manager who could have gotten it pre-authed, if they had only informed me of the lack of a pre-authorization. Ridiculous. When you have had breast cancer twice, a bilateral mastectomy, failed reconstruction, live in constant pain that also causes high blood pressure, and you are suing your plastic surgeon for causing that, you not only do not need this at work, but it doesn't frighten me.

- Sarah replies to GHI totally agree!!! Not sure I will ever be going there again.
- Medicone replies to collector / psbThey had to repeat tests on me only because they had conflicting information amongst themselves. I shouldn't have to pay for their errors, but did. I would NOT recommend Mayo Clinic. A decent Hematologist/Oncologist is worth more.
