Very pushy roofing company who is breaking the DNC laws. He said the name of the company was CM.

Calls and do not say anything.  Caller is silent.

Same deal that ALH had. I tied up their line by calling back and letting it ring via a VOIP line for several hours of "prime time" (aka the dinner hour), which at least made me feel better.

The caller did not say anything and hung up after a minute or so.   Caller ID shows the number and "unknown."

Received a call from a person who identified himself as Rick.  He said roofers would be in my area for inspections.  When I told him I wasn't interested and as I said please take my number off the list he hung up the phone.  I attempted to call the number back but it does not receive incoming calls.
