I got one today and no message. No idea.

Called for like half a second then hung up. Scammers hoping you'll see a missed call and call back out of curiosity. Don't call back!!

When I answered no one was there.  I called back and got a recording that  said "sorry for calling if you'd like to be placed on our do not call list press 1."

I also got a call. No message left.

DO NOT ANSWER -- Offering small business loans, when I hung up, they called me right back. Blocked

Phishing... they call and no one's there when you answer.  If you call back, you get a recording.  What they're really doing is checking what time of day a live person answers, and then they have their sales people call at that time later.
