770-415-1231

I received a vm from (770) 415-1231 saying I alledgedly committed 2 counts of financial fraud and have charges pending...
The vm says they need a statement from me before it gets forwarded to the county clerks office for processing. They say to call their office at 1 (888) 394-1932.
I have read on the internet that this has happened to other people too...
I don't know who they are or why they are calling me accusing me of fraud, but It's probably just a debt collector trying to run a scam or something...
If this has happened to you, I recommend checking it out very well, and consulting a lawyer before you give anyone any money or information about yourself...
Know your rights!!!
In alot of these situations, they are breaking the law by harrassing you, and/or using false statements as "scare tactics" in order to get money from you...
I will be consulting a lawyer about this matter ASAP.

I got the same call, same intro. This is some scum scam wanting your ss #. Don't be fooled!

I called the number to tell them to jump off a cliff because I'm not buying into their scam and they must've gotten confused on which scam it was because they answered the phone as technical support and told me they had left a message because my computer had an issue.

I received a voicemail and called back. They put me on hold probably 5 times in 3 mins then asked what number I got the phone call at. I gave the number and they asked if I knew a Thomas ******. I said no (because I don't) and they immediately hung up. 2 months later I keep getting the stupid calls

I blocked this call on my phone and they keep unblocking it!  What do I do now?  Same message, that I have committed two counts of fraud, and there is a case in their office against me.  I can't take this anymore!  Would someone please tell me how to get rid of them!

Got the same 2 counts of fraud, blocked them quick but FRAUD.. Runnnnnn lol
