Called, left no massage. Caller ID said only Bremen, GA

Called at 9:18am then again at 1:26pm on 5/23/2018
First call showed as Bremen, GA. Second showed as V523132525000366
First attempt they forgot to hit "play" on the message, so it never played the "Your google listing shows as unclaimed!". The second one played the little message with the "press 1 to connect to one of our customer service reps, or press 2 to be removed from our call list" But we all know the second option is always a lie.

I got a call from this number and when I called them back after no message was left-I was put on hold for a very long time waiting for the next available agent-but they never picked up

Several calls a day from this number. If I pick up, no one responds, but I think I hear breathing or some kind of distortion on the other line. When I call the number from my end it says “not in service”.
