You should change your name to "KnowNothing".  The FCRA or Fair Credit Reporting Act deals with, well Credit Reporting which is why it was named that and has absolutely nothing to do with debt collection.  That would be under the purview of the FDCPA or Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (maybe that why it was named that way?)
