Another nuisance call - Caller ID reads Telular Corp but they don't respond when I answer. Blocked.

Someone calling himself 'Brent" left a voicemail claiming to be calling about an entry I supposedly submitted, for winning $20,000 and told me to call an 877 number he was providing, ASAP and Congratulations! The caller ID number appears to be an Atlanta area number from "Telular Corp." Since I haven't entered any drawing whatsoever.. I am putting this down as a scam call.

Same exact message left as above, and called from same #, except amount was for 25K.

I receive phone call for this number 888-219-7001 gift redemption department  suggestion to call him for $25000.00 reward name Bran my caller id show 770-999-5742

Got the same message that they left on my answering machine ... Brent ... my entry (what entry??) won and I need to call them to claim my prize ($$). Right!  Plus Telular Corp is a wireless company in Georgia that I found on the internet. This is like the 2016 Ford Explorer scam with Becky.
