Received a phone call from this number stating that they are investigators from Citibank. They Threatened me with a subpoena to appear in court for a credit card that I did not sign for.  If a subpoena is issued then I would be allowed to see the documents and proof that they are accusing me of.  They said no.  I checked my credit report and there is no fraudulent activity.  Be aware of scams like this.

I just got the same BS ! They’ve been trying me for over 3 weeks now with different numbers and different people!! I’m getting so pissed!!! I’ve give my attorney all their info and hopefully someday soon they will catch these scumbag trash and lock them up

I’m so tired of these scumbag pieces of trash! I pray that someone that doesn’t know any better doesn’t fall for their BS! I love how they tell you to not contact your attorney!!! That’s the first thing I did !!! My attorney told me to ignore the calls and keep the numbers and texts so when they do finally find them they will have a case against them!!! They have tried and left messages from 3 different people and phone numbers so far!!! Don’t fall for their lies!!!

You think that the auto club is now a debt collector?

It’s so crazy!!! The hard part is they use burner phones and or no longer at the address that you find when you look up the phone numbers address! I looked on up the other day and the stupid woman was using an attorney’s name that’s out of
Maryland and she has nothing to do with this! They story is a white women in her med 30s early 40 and the caller I got was from Ga. Black girl early 20s ( I’m not being rascal) this is the only way I can describe her! She got nasty with me and threatened me with jail! I got soooo pissed I called her every name in the book ( nothing racist at all) and told her to send the deputy with the subpoena and hung up!!! I didn’t hear anything for a few days and now they are back at it again!!! One of my friends is an FBI agent and I’ve handed all the info over to him and they are now investigating!! So if this happens to you or someone you know save all your info you get phone numbers and the names!!! Like he said they won’t be able to hide forever!!, they have ways of finding they!!!
