received a call--did not pick up--no voice mail----blocked!

I picked up but did not say anything and a male voice said "Hello???", although that could have been a recording as well.  A Google search of the number, and several sources show as Telemarketer so now blocked.

Calls saying it's time for the annual police drive and wants to know how much you will donate.. I have received numerous calls this time he said it was for first responders and the police.

I did not recognize the number, so did not answer. It came to my work phone. Did not leave a message

I did'n answer as it was from Florida and I don't have anyone in Florida.

spectrum blocked the call after 1 ring which is a sign of a known robo-caller and or scammer. no caller id just a voip number.
