Man with heavy foreign accent said his name was "James Johnson" and he represented the "health department". I laughed and asked him what health department. His response "the state health department". I asked him what state health department. His response "the united states health department". I laughed again and asked him the purpose of his call. His response "to talk to me about saving money on my health care".  Told him I didn't pay anything for my health care and I think this is nothing more than a scam. He hung up! These scammers are just ridiculous--spoofing telephone numbers trying to perpetrate a fraud!!!
