Call went to voicemail, no message left.  A Google search shows this belongs to Pet Pros Services in Chicago where I definitely do not live and have never had any sort of relationship with them.

Another scammer from India or Pakistan.

Called around 1PM.  Left no message on machine.  I think they hung up before it even kicked in.  Reverse Phone look-up on whitepages.com says this:

You can call with confidence. (773) 280-7920 appears to be a valid caller that presents practically no risk of scam or fraud.

Somehow that's hard to believe.  It says Cellular Call.

No one came on when answered. After reading other posts, this number has been blocked.

Me too.  Junk call at dinnertime and I am on Do Not Call Registry.  Get on this registry (IL Attorney General) - look online at their website.  Report them if you are on it.

Called.  No answer when I picked up.   Called back but busy signal.

All callers calling numbers registred with Do not call.gov are either scammers or usually third party solicitors, telemarketers.

HIGH RISK OR LOW RISK, WHY TAKE A CHANCE? If they leave no message, they  count on being able to con you into something . They are not going to leave a message describing the wonderful offer, opportunity they have for you.
Good grief, we need to get these people a real honest job!

My husband asked them a question and they hung up.

Just received a call ..... After a pause and click... A woman said "are you the one responsible for the electric bill"? I hung up.

I ask "Why?"  Then starts the spiel that I am entitled to blah-blah-blah; I say I am entitled to hang up, and do so.

Just got a call from the number, marked simply "Chicago IL."  I have a new technique against these stinkers:  I pick up the phone, set it aside for up to  a full minute, then hang up.

Scammer criminals for sure....Blocked.
