I live in Calgary and I got a missed call from this number too.

Missed over 4 times phone call from this number.

Answered today.
She said they will send TD welcome package to my mail in about 14 business days and the service that I can register for my credit card scores or something. And I can cancel after the first 30 days of me registering without fee…….

I am not sure if it’s a scammer, but I rejected to give any information to her. I saw some other websites showed this number might be a scam.

I just blocked a number every one said was a scam also TD bank stuff.  Number reads on my cell potential scam number is 778-338-6294. I blocked said number now this one is calling. Scam!

Got the same call yesterday,  Nothing in the conversation with the person calling had me think of anything strange until I got off the phone.   She knew my first name but asked for my full name (not including my middle name), email address, home address and to say YES to accept this offer.    When I got off the phone, I typed into google and got various sites marking this phone number as suspicious.  I called TD Visa number on the back of my card and the person at TD knew nothing about it.   I received 2 emails today from ID Assist, which look legit so I called TD Visa again and they confirmed that ID Assist was one of their partners and knew about this program.  Provided me a phone number of 1-877-900-1837 if I wanted to validate.
