I keep getting calls from this number, there is no one at the other end and when I call back it says that the message mailbox is full.  They call once or twice a day.

Well, I finally had someone on the other line.  It's a not-for-profit group that is teaching kids about drug use and now about internet safety.  Unfortunately I did not contribute this year, told them it was very annoying to keep getting their calls with no one at the other end and then the phone is disconnected.  The young volunteer was very sweet and apologized.

I am constantly getting calls from this number and and no one answers, when I call back their message box if full.

Very annoying as most calls come during the dinner hour and create interruptions

Just answered - obviously a joke/scam. Asked for me by name then said he was calling for Teen Crisis. I laughed and asked what it was for. He said it was a magazine for Teen sexual predators. No kidding.

You can access their system in the following way: After dialing 778-383-1997, press 1 for accessing mail box. The extension you can try starts with 46 and it is a 4 digit extension. I've try 4622, 4623 and so on.
If everyone who receive a call will dial back and access their extension, it will jam up their voice mail. Hopefully this will teach them a lession and not to us anymore.
By the way, I use google to call them. They can't trace my line.
