I just go a message on my voicemail about alleged tax fraud. This is a scam

I got a call from this number on april 11. They left a automated msg in my voicemail saying that i did a fraud with cra and I'll have penalties if I didn't called back

April 13, 2018 at Noon -- Robotic message on my business phone to call back this number as it was the Canadian Revenue Agency Collections Help Desk. Brilliant of them to be calling a United States number.

This is a scam, i have finished my tax report last month.  I receive this voice mail today....

I called the actual CRA to verify this number and they stated they are not a part of CRA.   They are a FRAUD, BEWARE!!!

Received a voicemail from this number they claim to be from the CRA. CRA will not leave you a message using 778 area code number. They want your information for tax fraud.
Please beware: Fraud do not answer or respond back.

Exactly - complete FRAUD pretending to be from CRA - dont fall for it!

Like others, I received an alleged CRA call from this number. Felt like a scam.

Same as above, robotic voice advising that I have committed tax fraud and am facing penalties/arrest.

Fraud.   Got a robotic message saying to call back about a CRA tax. And to avoid penalties and arrest.   It’s completely fraudulent!!

Got a call today to call from a CRA number display saying to call this collections department. Said I had overdue taxes and have several allegations against me with an arrest warrant out for me. Said that if I want to pay this confidentially I would need to withdraw cash and then go to a bitcoin machine to deposit. Seemed like a scam so I asked if we could speak in French instead of English. He said no, he cannot speak French. I asked for a reference document so I could look in my mail, then he hung up

Reminder to connect with the CRA to resolve tax debt and avoid and additional penalties. Seems like a scam to me as you can only leave a message

I got a voicemail message from this number. Called the number, got a recording and then the line disconnected.  See my other’s posts, this is obviously a fraudulent call.
