Call from 785-296-4506 and 785-368-8262 from Topeka, Kansas. Second number left message. It was a female voice with a Spanish accent and she said "this is Carmen with the Health and Environment and Centers. Calling...(garble noise and sounded like she next says how many will be buried). Call back at 1-866-445-1429." I have no idea what she talking about. Now, both numbers keep calling me and not leaving a message. It is annoying to say the least.

Received a call, no voicemail. Called back. No pick up.

Called and left message "Ks dept of Health & environment & CDC conducting a survey. Please call back" no thanks. I'm on the do not call list!

These people have been calling for weeks, I no more block one number and they call with a new one, 7852913517 and 7852964506 etc.  When you get blocked wake up we do not want to talk to you and answer personal questions so the state government has private sensitive information on its citizens.  Early morning, lunch time, dinner time, bed time they have no sense at all.

This is the Federal government not the state government snooping into your life.  Asking questions that they have no right to know the answers to.  It is an invasion of your privacy.   I block all the numbers that are similar to my number or say State of what ever state you are in

Took a personal survey from this number. Husband was very upset with me feeling that it was not legit. They claimed to be the State of Kansas!

The lady seemed nice enough, but even when I told her I wasn't okay answering the questions she just kept asking. Kept me on the phone half an hour, she originally said it would take a few minutes. Said she was collecting info to help determine funding for the state of KS, and I was an idiot for answering. Tried calling back, you can't get any answer. Don't bother picking up the phone

State survey coming straight from a state number. Asked her why didn't answer when I called back and apparently they can't answer the phones since they share desks and that's why they leave that long number in the voice-mail. Answered every question I asked and I just wasted 10 minutes asking them.
