Got a call is this legit I don't think so I ask for address and nothing

Have a robo cal and voice mail too. Sounds like they're real, but I have an ATTORNEY that told the  last 'people'...he would send a 'CEASE and DESIST' Order on them,and gave them his real cs number !! He may have to do this again !! They are annoying!! The call would give anyone a stroke or heart attack !!

Addition to previous message,... The phone number they called from is786-520-2980, then they give you a 2nd number 786-520-2980. I look up all numbers to make sure they are legit or not. BEST ADVICE EVER!!

Larry you are saying they are a legit company? Did you get a address?

This is a total scam to get money from people. Do not respond, reply or call them back. The feds are investigating this type of scam, and I have talked to the police about it, since I have been harassed with these calls for over 6 months now, but they are smart to change up the location and phone numbers they call from, but message is still the same. A lot of the times they are organized via a prison, so the call can actually come from inside a prison. They are criminals!!!

I got 2 calls this morning, so annoying.  The message says it's Steven James with an affidavit processing unit??????
They've been retained to deliver legal documentation at my 'last known address' that's connected to my phone number? Seriously, make them stop!

I just received the exact same message as above from Steven James that they are attempting to deliver an affidavit to my last known address associated with the number.

Yep if it's a legit debt collector they would provide there address and name of company

I've leave if you keep calling them and leave them a nasty voicemail they will stop calling cause I threaten them I would keep calling them and so I did and it stopped, until they change there number agin...

I got a call today telling me they have legal documents and they were delivered to an addressed connected to my phone number and they were refused. I get these calls once a month and it's alll a scam.

I got the same call that said they have trying to deliver an affidavit but was refused and it was to the address connected to this number.  The caller said his name was steven james out of miami florida.  I didnt know the number so i didnt answer.

They say they are from a payday loan company.   I never had one and then when you ask
For information they won't give you any they just want money.

This is a scam! Same all the other 786 numbers that have called in the past couple months. 786-420-6063 is one of their other numbers, and it is "Investigator Morgan Taylor". They are just phishing for your information, DON'T BE DUMB ENOUGH TO GIVE THEM ANYTHING. If there are legitimate legal documents involved you'll receive them one of two ways; certified mail; or you will be served.

Calls daily 2-3 times per day-> Steven James from legal mediation firm. Says he has an affidavit for me. States he has my name and SS #, but never says what my name is in the voicemail message?
Calls coming from 786-520-2980.
This is harassment by telephone!!

They need to stop ..... i WILL BE CONTACTING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR THAT AREA....ALSO THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM WITH THIS GUY STEVEN JAMES NAME AS THE HARASSER...

I keep getting call by this number and they keep threatening me

I received the exact same message...saying they are out of Miami Florida. Lies....it's a scam...please ignore...all they have is our cell numbers. Anything else will be us giving it to them. IGNORE!!!!

I got 3 messages from them, very strange sounding, so I called them back, the man told me I wrote bad checks, funny thing is, I don't even have a checking account, and the address they mentioned I haven't lived at for years. I asked them for more info, and he got rude with me and hung up, so I called back, and they hung up AGAIN! I'm very annoyed, if it was a legit company, they wouldn't have been so unprofessional , they yelled, cursed, and then hung up... who does that? I know if they call me back, I WILL be getting an attorney!

I got this same call for the past 3 days an there telling me that I owe 1,012.00 an if I don't payt restitution of 560.00 I will go to jail on 2 felonie charges . How can people do this an think people are so stupid to fall for this

This company called and stated that they had my social security number and drivers license number.  They call 3 times a day.  I work, so my 86 year old mother answers the phone and doesn't know not to give them names.  I have told her to hang up but they keep calling with 3 - 4 different scenarios each time.  They are horrible!

They keep calling me from different numbers... All the same story, my social has come up in an investigation. I block all the numbers they call from... If they don't leave their company name and say my name in the voicemail. Never call them back!!!!
