Someone keeps calling my cell phone and job phone leaving this number for me to call them back. They have heavy indian accents and say they are calling from the Law Dept. of national Afiidavit Processing Services. They claim they have a law suit agianst me for non payment of a payday loan which I never took. They initially asked me to send them 400 plus dollars and they would drop the lawsuit. Whn I asked for more information about this the peron on the line got very angry and started calling me a professional beggar. What was scary was that he was able to give information about myself like my social, address, as well as where I work. this is clearly a scam but is very scary. I have had to contact the credit bureaus as well as the federal trade commision and social security. I am also going to file a police report aginst this.

I got the same phone call just freaked me out.

I just got the same phone call and its scary! I think they are scammers they said i took out a pay day loan last year in may 2008 and the money went to my bank account which wasnt open until sep 2008 so i knew they were lying. They are very rude.

I got the same call when i called it back the phone just rang and when i looked on my caller ID it had satellite Tv number on it and the number was different then the one he gave me.  I am not callimg it back.

i got this same phone call they were calling me at home and work. and how they got my information is beyond me. but its scary. but i got a number and i turned them over to the police and found out its a scam.
