These [***] call me once a day from 786-522-1058. On my cell phone while I'm at work!! I have no idea how to stop them. When I try to call the # back I get a recording that says its a non-working#.

FLIPPIN http://bookmaker.com, I just signed up myself and "WTF" the calls start! This 1 (786) 522-1058 called 3 to 5 times a week and JUST HANG UP! I am registered and have filed complaints on the sight... Thanks to websites like this SCUM cannot hide! I called them and reported this crap as well! You need to do the same and I hope they get SHUT DOWN!

I got them to stop calling.  I did a couple things, not sure which ended it.  File a complaint with the FCC, easily done online here https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do
Also sent an email to seo@bookmaker.com that is their marketing department, requesting them to stop.  Within a couple days the calls stopped.  I had previously filed a complaint on the do not call registry site https://www.donotcall.gov/ and sent an email to cs@bookmaker.com.  I am almost certain that one of the first two options worked.  Do all four if it doesn't.  This worked for me. I was also able to stop the calls from 786-522-1040 with this method.  Enjoy!

have-line always gives a busy signal

I keep getting calls on my cell from that numbers as well. I've lodged a note but my short term fix is to add the number to my address book and set the custom ring tone ot mute. That way I'm never bothered by them and I know who is calling.

I get calls on my cell phone from this # 2-3 times per day. I would like this to stop ASAP! I have tried to answer when they call but usually I say hello 2-3 times and I hear some garbled noise and then the line goes dead.

Calls all of the time, unwanted phone call

I opened an account with Bookmaker.com.  Put some money into my account. It was fun; I was betting on the football games, winning and losing. After I put some money into the account I didn’t want to put any more money, I was waiting on my money to run out. Now that the football season is over……well it will be tomorrow…hopefully after my team the Giants win. Any way I stopped betting online. I started getting weird phone calls about three weeks ago from (786)522-1058 everyday seven days a week,  I answered  the first two or so and there was no one there. I called it back acouple of times and was getting “this is a non working number” so I called my phone company and they said they couldn’t block the number and they told me just don’t answer it. Shortly after I went online to see if maybe anyone else has had this number call them and that’s when I found this web site with everyone on here complaining about. So I decided to file a complaint with the FCC. If that doesn’t work I may go to my lawyer and file a suite against them for harassment. The only thing I can say is DON”T SIGN UP FOR BOOKMAKER.COM

I keep getting phone calls from this number...  But they ask for "Ty" and there is nobody here by that name.  They don't identify themselves.  I've never signed up on that site.  I don't know how they got my number...  I live in Canada!  They've called here more then once...  Looking for the same person.  I've had this number for more then 10 years.

What can Canadians do?  I can't file an FCC report, and I can't go on your DNC list.

I'm a Canadian as well and here is what I did. The calls stopped immediately after I put my number on the Canadian do not call list: https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/  as well as mailing seo@bookmaker.com demanding they stop calling. Hopefully that will work for you.

This 786-522-1040 has a very interesting story behind it; it belongs to another Sportsbook in the industry located in Florida.

CS - Vicky: And it has become their mission to talk bad about Bookmaker, telling customers that it is Bookmaker calling and hanging up on them, posting bad reviews, trying to convince people who have checked out Bookmaker's site that it's there where we got their information and decided to start calling and bothering them,

CS - Vicky: and even attacking brand new Bookmaker customers with the same story. Again, NONE of this is true. We can not say the name of the book out of pure ethics.

That's funny... I just had a similar conversation with one of the online help agents. She said the same thing, that it was another sportsbook that is trying to make them look bad. When I asked her how they got my number, she couldn't tell me. I told her to remove my phone number from my account and threatened that if the calls do not stop, I will be forced to close my account with them and try a different sportsbook that does make unsolicited calls to their clients. Let's see what happens.

get calls from this number at all times of the day...usually asks for my son...i say he isn't available and they hang up without saying who they are...sometimes I just hear noises or people talking  on the other end with no one actually talking to me

Said he had received my email and was dealing with my problem. Never sent an email and no idea who they/he is!
