- EE Fed UP| 1 replyI am sick and tired of the never ending telemarketers call alll hours even though you do not solicit their business. I am on the do no call list and I get more calls since I put my name on it. ATT should do something about this harrasment because many of my friends have ditched their home phone for this reason. I am about to disconnect my home phone and be unreachable for the future.
- Tamianth replies to EE Fed UPEven cell phones are subject to this illegal calling. Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

email: fccinfo@fcc.gov - ivyThis is a telemarketing call for an auto loan. When you call back, it is a recording about getting financed for a loan with less than perfect credit. I am on the "do not call" list and still get a daily call from this number. Pressing option 2 to remove me from the list has done nothing. So aggravating!

- AliCat| 1 replyThey called me twice yesterday. The first time I politely told them I was not in the market for an auto loan and was promptly hung up on. The same person called me again while I was driving home from work. Again, I was hung up on. I called the number back 6 times and was promptly hung up on before I could say anything (I assume they have caller ID). Finally the 7th time I called back I got the same person who had hung up on me twice. I proceeded to ask to speak to a supervisor and he kept refusing and asking if I wanted to be removed from their call list. Well, I was pretty angry at this point since I had told them already not to call again which within 3 hours they did and then they hung up on me 6 times when I tried to call back. So, I told the man that I wanted to talk to his supervisor about their car loan service. Twice he told me that I was being rude and I proceeded to tell him that hanging up on people was rude and that he had not yet heard rude from me (I was proud of myself that I kept all my curse words to myself and didn't even raise my voice at first). He said they got 5,000 calls a day and he was certain that he was not the one who had hung up on me twice after calling me. I recognized his voice (he had a very distinct accent) so I know it was the same person. I told him that them receiving 5,000 calls a day was very improbable and that I dealt with people on the phone all day, which I do and can be very professional while still getting my point across, which was what I tried to do with him. Sometime after asking for a supervisor for the 15th time, he then told me he was the supervisor (which I'm certain he is not). I told him I wanted to speak with a co-worker then. I was trying to get the name of the company to report them to the BBB. He continued to put me off and three times told me what a kind voice I had and that he wanted to be the one to talk to me. I told him that he should just make it easier on himself and let me speak to a supervisor because not only was I going to report them to the BBB, but I was going to go on every website, yelp, Google, etc. that lets you give feedback on companies and that what I wrote was not going to be good. I then told him I wanted to speak to anyone there other than him and after he told me several times he would lose his job if I spoke with someone else and that the call was being recorded to which I responded good because according to my count I have requested to speak with someone else fifteen, now sixteen times and told him I was taking notes and would continue to count how many times I asked to speak to someone else. He then again pleaded with me because he didn't want to lose his job. I told him that losing his job was probably not a big deal since he obviously wasn't very good at it (that really was the meanest thing I said to him, again pretty proud of myself because I was even more frustrated by this point) but I still wanted to get the company info. I then told him I didn't care if he put the janitor on the phone, that I wanted to speak to anyone but him (and reminded him that was the 17th time I had requested to speak to someone else). He finally put a co-worker on the phone and I'm sure they did not give me their real names but the other man I spoke with said the company is Easy Auto Loans. The number he called from was 786-522-1619. After this website, I am going to go to others and report the same experience. I really hate telemarketers but respect that they have a job to do and I politely tell them I'm not interested or have not requested the information they are saying I did. But being hung up on especially twice within 3-4 hours, really pushes my buttons as you can probably tell from my long post. If you made it this far into my post, just letting you know, I will post again if I get more information on the company so that those of you who are still receiving calls can, if you'd like to, can contact the BBB or give them a less than stellar review on any website you or I may find. The only phone calls that irritate me more is when they call at work and ask for the model of your copier so they can send you a $500 toner.
