    First I was getting calls from YellowPagesUSA stating that I owed for an online listing that I did not sign up for OR approve.  They have been calling me since April 2013 - once a month - threatened to contact a collection agency and that my credit was in jeopardy if I did not pay the invoice.

    Report your callers to the FTC, FCC and your state's Attorney General.  Do NOT pay a dime - legally, you are not responsible for paying some bogus bill you never even authorized - see here - http://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases ... ammers-must-pay - this is a similar scam.
