Caller was not articulate, stumbled over the script numerous times and, failed to identify the company offering the special deals on the operating equipment.

Just another annoying solicitor wastefully robodialing businesses to peddle their junk.  Just lift the receiver and disconnect to save your valuable time.  If enough folks keep doing this or blocking them, maybe the volume of these ripoffs will die down.  Meanwhile if you are a legitimate business, how about putting your name on the caller ID?  We don't do business over the phone -- especially in IRMA ruined Florida!
