They asked me to pay some money to reserve 90% scholarship in westland uni

I received a call couple of minutes ago. He said his name was Jeff Scott calling from the scholarship department of Gibson University. It was a bit odd because he was hesitant to give his last name. He also sounded so eager to collect 499 to start the online course. The accent was a bit weird as well. My IPhone registered the number from Miami, Florida but he said he was calling from California.

Same here he called me bt I am aware of such fraud so I asked him to email about the scholarship then he was horrified and started showing his attitude. He was threatening me like give me the straight answer why you ask for emails. He got hint that I'm smart enough to deal with. But I want him to be legal action for fraudulent.
