This was a call about a hernia mesh implant that I had in 2010. I told them if they had my name, number, and hernia mesh surgery info, that they surely should have my address and they could send me something in the mail about the lawsuit they say I'm eligible for.

Wouldn’t tell me the name of their company, sounded like they were in a call center, started trying to tell me about how I had cancer (I don’t). When I asked for his first and last name ( Alex Down) and what company he was affiliated with he started being rude, defensive, and interrupting. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he told me no, that I was being rude to him, and that I was going to call the government on him (no idea where that one popped out from). Called back and supposedly got a supervisor (Kenny) who said he would take me off the call list but probably lied.

Scam call!!!!

This number called me, also. Don't know who it is! Don't answer numbers I don't know, especially out-of-state calls!!

Claimed to be from "the workman's comp department". Never asked my name and wanted to know about my hernia surgery that I never had. Obviously in a foreign call center,and barely intelligible. Total scam call.

I called this number back and they said press 1 for spanish, 2 for portuguese, 3 for english, pressed 3, "Welcome to chatty, the biggest chat program around."  I hung up.

told me was part of class action suit need info such as ss# birthday and such told him go bleep himself

Won't tell me who it is or what company they are with. Just keep calling multiple times a day won't get me to management. Don't even speak English very well. Smh
