This number calls over and over about satellite tv- you hit 1 to get to a live person. You tell them you want to be removed from their calling list and they hang up on you

How do we get information on them to make them stop or at the very least be able to talk to some one there?

within the first day I got my new phone I got calls. Not only these people but others. I just ignore the call but it's still annoying!

I have had success with s.O.b.'s like these by terrorizing them.  If they won't take you off the list, spend some free time tying up their lines.
If I have a few minutes to blow, I push 1 and talk to the scumbag on the other line--make him think I'm interested... then, when I get bored, I hang up.  And, a classic as well as easy technique to waste these people's time: Say you want the service and when they want a credit card/information tell them you have to go get it, Put them ON HOLD and go back to your regular day-to-day duties.
Also, if you call back the number (and this make take a few redials) you get an answering machine.  Having a bad day at work?  Fought with your lover?  Scream some obscenities into the phone.
I hate these [***] because they're rude and they provide no service to humanity.  So, let's waste their time.  If they're constantly receiving prank phone calls, they're not making money.  Really, who would loose a night of sleep if these degenerates where pulled from their homes, strung up by their toes and skinned alive?

Received call on an unpublished business line located in the Reno, NV area.  Pressed 1 to talk to a live operator.  I asked him to remove the number from his call list - he said he would, but that remains to be seen...

I think I'm going to invest in an airhorn for these guys :) Spencer gifts, here I come! *LOL* They will NOT stop calling.

They call every day - more than once!  Each time is for a different solicitation!!!!  I have a prepaid phone, and they waste my minutes!!!

pressed 1 asked to take me off list and they hung up... Tried *69 got number and tried to redial but no luck.

Got a call at my work number from 786 522 5602.  Did not pick it up but would like the calls to stop.
